July's Commanding Officer's inspection saw a number of awards being handed out, including a Bronze Duke of Edinburgh, Marksmanship, Classification and Flying Wings.

The highlight was the promotion of three Cadets to Corporal. Having joined the ranks as Junior NCOs, these three Cadets will now take on leadership responsibilities on the Squadron, including mentoring new Cadets.

• Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award: Cdt Cpl Pye

• Classification of Senior Cadet: Sgt Hardman
• Air Rifle Trained Shot: Cdt He
